  8.      - fixed a couple of very minor inputting bugs with Config
  9.      - Creates/Updates the expiry date and number of days left in
  10.        the user's notes
  11.      - Enhanced CLI option 'LIST': You can now provide a specific
  12.        member to view
  13.      - Can now globally add/subtract # of days from all members
  14.      - When adding members: Will now ask if you want to only apply
  15.        the upgrading attributes from the template
